Safari Bites Franchise

Bring Safari Bites to Your City

Own a low-overhead, high-impact after-school program that blends global cooking, culture, robotics and STEM—built on a kid-founded brand parents and schools love.

WHY SAFARI BITES FRANCHISE?

Safari Bites is at the intersection of:

  • Global cooking & culture
  • STEM Exploration
  • Hands-on learning & enrichment

Parents want enrichment that’s fun.
Schools want programs that are easy, safe and educational.
Communities want businesses that give back.
Safari Bites does all three.

As a Safari Bites franchise owner, you bring our programs into:

with no restaurant buildout, no kitchen, and very low fixed costs.

WHAT MAKES SAFARI BITES DIFFERENT?

1. Kid-Founded, Parent-Backed Brand

  • Safari Bites was created by 9-year-old founder Madhav Somani, supported by his dad, energy scientist Abhishek Somani.
It’s authentic, fresh, and instantly relatable to families.

2. Dual Revenue Streams

You’re not just selling one thing:

  • Global Kitchen – after-school cooking, culture & food science
  • STEM Explorers – after-school projects

Schools can offer one or both tracks, giving you multiple ways to grow.

3. Low Overhead, High Flexibility

  • No permanent center required
  • No ovens, stoves, or deep fryers
  • Programs run in existing school spaces
  • Materials are portable and easy to store

4. School-Friendly & Parent-Approved

  • Safety-first curriculum
  • No cutting, open flames, or complex equipment
  • Clear alignment with STEM, wellness, and global education goals

5. Built-In Impact

5% of every class fee supports the KGS Foundation, helping provide food and education to families in need.
Your local business links directly to a real, measurable impact.

HOW THE BUSINESS WORKS

As a Safari Bites franchisee, your main job is to:

  • We train you on what to look for
  • You build a small local team of teachers or facilitators
  • 300 week Global Kitchen curriculum

Seasonal camp programs (summer, winter, festivals)
  • Add more schools
  • Add camps and special events
  • Later, possibly add corporate events, community workshops or pop-ups
You are not running a restaurant.

You’re running a mobile, school-based enrichment business.

  • Excited about food, culture and/or STEM (you don’t have to be a chef or engineer—we train you)
  • Organized, reliable, and willing to follow a proven system

INVESTMENT SNAPSHOT

We’ll finalize exact numbers in your Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), but a typical model looks like this:

  • Initial Franchise Fee: around $7,000 per territory
  • Royalty: typically 5% of gross revenue (after the first year, if you choose a ramp-up period)
  • Startup Supplies & Materials: curriculum printing, basic tools, marketing, and initial inventory (cost varies by market and scale)

We keep the model lean and school-centered, so you’re investing in:

  • relationships with schools
  • local instructors
  • portable materials

— not in expensive buildouts or equipment.

This is not an earnings claim. Exact costs, fees, and terms are outlined in the official Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which you must review before making any decision.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

You’re not doing this alone.

GROWTH & EXPANSION

Start with a single territory and a few schools.

As you grow, you may:

  • Add more schools in your territory
  • Launch seasonal camps and special events
  • Add more instructors
  • Consider additional territories nearby

You decide whether Safari Bites is a side-hustle, part-time business, or full-time multi-school operation over time.

HOW TO BECOME A SAFARI BITES FRANCHISEE
